For your worry about being around a large number of people, a solution could be to stick to a small group. You can find a quiet place to sit and visit with only a few people at a time.

A solution to your worry about having a panic attack could be you will use your deep breathing techniques to stop any attack from occurring. You were worrying about people laughing if you should have an attack. An answer to this problem is if you feel an attack coming on excuse yourself and go to the bathroom, or go outside. Then you can deal with the panic attack in privacy.

Next, you have to decide if you are going to act upon the worry, or withdrawal from it. There are two ways of dealing with your worry of going to the dinner party, you can go, or you can stay home.

Now you could plan on going. Get all ready for the party and drive to the location. Once you get there, you will decide if you are actually going to go inside. You have the right to decide to go back home. That is your decision.

The last step in handling a worry that is a signal is to take some form of action. You need to go forward with your solution to the worry. Until you can take action, you will not be able to deal with the worry.

If you want to overcome the worries that cause you anxiety and panic you have to be willing to do something about them. If you set a solution for each worry, you need to carry through with it. It is possible for you to prevent panic attacks by dealing with your worries.

Treat Anxiety By Changing Your Diet

For some people that have anxiety attacks the triggers are certain foods or drinks. By eliminating these triggers from the diet, the anxiety attacks are eliminated as well. Find out how you can treat anxiety by changing your diet.

By eating many foods with vitamin B, you are making your body less susceptible to having a panic attack. Foods that contain vitamin B include the following.

* Caffeine- caffeine is a stimulant. It can be a major trigger of panic and anxiety attacks. Caffeine is found in coffee, tea, soda, and chocolate.

* Sugar- sugar can cause changes in a person’s mood. This can lead to anxiety attacks. Sugar can also act like a stimulant in some people. Some sugars mix with starches and cause fermentation. This then breaks down into alcohol. Alcohol is a large cause of anxiety and panic.

* Alcohol- alcohol has a stimulant effect. It can cause people to focus on their anxieties more than normal. This can lead to more anxiety attacks. A drink now and then is okay, but there needs to be a limit.
By eliminating these foods and drinks from your diet, you will lower your chance of having an anxiety attack. A healthy diet will improve your overall mental and physical health.

Along with making changes to your diet, you should consider adding daily exercise. Getting daily activity will also help in lowering the chance of an anxiety or panic attack. Exercise helps release the stress and anxieties you have built up in your body.

These stresses and anxieties are what leads to full blown attacks. Some types of exercise to consider are walking, swimming, and jogging. After you exercise, you will notice how relaxed you feel.
