Everyone worries about things in their life. It is natural. However, when these worries are causing you to have anxiety and panic attacks something must be done. You can prevent panic attacks by dealing with your worries.

This can be done by figuring out what the problem is you are worrying about. You can make a list if you need to help you figure out which type of worry you are dealing with.

For your worry about being around a large number of people, a solution could be to stick to a small group. You can find a quiet place to sit and visit with only a few people at a time.
A solution to your worry about having a panic attack could be you will use your deep breathing techniques to stop any attack from occurring. You were worrying about people laughing if you should have an attack. An answer to this problem is if you feel an attack coming on excuse yourself and go to the bathroom, or go outside. Then you can deal with the panic attack in privacy.
Next, you have to decide if you are going to act upon the worry, or withdrawal from it. There are two ways of dealing with your worry of going to the dinner party, you can go, or you can stay home.
Now you could plan on going. Get all ready for the party and drive to the location. Once you get there, you will decide if you are actually going to go inside. You have the right to decide to go back home. That is your decision.
The last step in handling a worry that is a signal is to take some form of action. You need to go forward with your solution to the worry. Until you can take action, you will not be able to deal with the worry.
If you want to overcome the worries that cause you anxiety and panic you have to be willing to do something about them. If you set a solution for each worry, you need to carry through with it. It is possible for you to prevent panic attacks by dealing with your worries.
